Il Nido lies in the gentle hills of the Marche region, between the mountains and the sea, just a short drive from the finest beaches of the Conero coast. Surrounded by old trees and olive groves, the house pairs casual luxury with a design that finds beauty in restraint.
Breakfast is served each morning with organic products from the region, much of it homemade: estate olive oil, fruit and vegetables from the garden, alongside coffee from a small nearby roastery. Regionality, quality and pleasure in its purest form take centre stage. A 25-meter heated infinity pool combines the pure pleasure of swimming with sweeping views of the Marche landscape. Swim a few leisurely laps in the morning, float relaxedly in the water in the afternoon, or simply let your gaze wander in the evening.

Inspired by nature and tradition, Il Nido was born from an old farmhouse in the region. Traditional materials meet understated, modern architecture. Solar energy and sustainable building techniques speak to a thoughtful relationship with the surrounding landscape.
